Getting connected with your 73 Fly eSIM is quick and easy. We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel while connected to Wi-Fi, then activating it once you arrive at your destination.

Before You Travel: Install Your eSIM

Step 1: Check Your Emails

After purchasing, you’ll receive two emails from us:

• An order confirmation email
• A separate eSIM email with everything you need to install your eSIM

Step 2: Open Your eSIM Email

Open the eSIM email and tap “Install Your eSIM.”

Step 3: Follow the Installation Instructions

You’ll be taken to a webpage with your installation instructions.

Scroll to the Installation section and choose the method that suits your device.

Step 4: Install Your eSIM

Follow the prompts on your phone to install your eSIM. We recommend naming your eSIM after the country you’re travelling to, so it’s quick and easy to find in your phone settings.

When asked, select “Data Only.”

Step 5: You’re Ready!

To check if your eSIM has been downloaded, open your device's settings and navigate to the mobile networks or SIMs section. Once installed, leave your eSIM until you arrive at your destination. Don’t activate it yet.

Once You Arrive ✈️

When you arrive at your destination, follow these simple steps to get connected:

1. Turn OFF your primary SIM – this is your usual/home SIM.
   

   To avoid unexpected charges from your home mobile provider, make sure you complete this step. Important: Not completing this step may result in additional charges from your usual mobile provider.

2. Turn ON your 73 Fly travel eSIM.
3. Make sure Mobile Data is ON.
4. Turn Data Roaming ON for your travel eSIM.
5. Make sure Flight Mode is OFF.

You’re Ready to Go! 🌏

Your 73 Fly eSIM should now connect to a local network, so you can start using your data while you travel.

You can use your eSIM for things like Google Maps, social media, emails, bookings, WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage and more.
